As with the hood, the sleeves should be loose, but still snug enough that you won’t be able get the hood around your neck.

For those with large heads, you might need to make sure that the sleeves are snug on your chest.

You don’t want to have to put any extra weight on your arms, because it will feel weird.

Lastly, you also need to be able for your skin to breathe without being overly uncomfortable.

If it feels like you’re going to sweat all the time, then you may need to add some padding to the sides of the hood or sleeves, so that the sweat doesn’t condense and make you sweat.

In addition to the hood and sleeve options, you have to consider the type of sweatband you’re using.
